Giving young people a voice

At West London YMCA we are striving to develop services and programmes that benefit children and young people across West London. The Hayes Young People’s centre, is dedicated to young people of ages 11 to 25 years, and provides a wide range of activities and support services.

As manager, you will be instrumental in delivering our vision for the Centre, which is to continue to be a key agency in delivering youth work in Hillingdon. You will develop meaningful partnerships with external agencies to build on and expand the programme, as well as being responsible for the day to day management of the centre and ensuring that key targets are met.

To succeed, you will need extensive experience of youth work, or of working with young people in a support or advisory capacity. Able to manage a varied and complex workload and effectively lead a team of staff, your experience of creating and maintaining networks and partnerships will ensure that you can develop our youth work services in Hillingdon to their full potential.
