West London YMCA housing projects are not just about providing
accommodation, but a route to independent living for young and vulnerable
people.
We provide housing provision to a variety of young & vulnerable
people, including: single mothers & young families.
Some of our existing sites include:
- St Mary's Rd (Ealing)>
146 single rooms, 22 studio
flats and 13 adapted rooms for disabled guests
- Ealing Common>
26 self contained flats to young people between the ages of 16-35 with low
to medium support needs.
- Greenford>
16 bed spaces for young homeless people with
special needs
- Poplars>
home to 32 young families
- Ventura House (Hayes)>
72 supported housing units for
families & young people in housing need 12 self-contained
flats for families.
- Uxbridge>
Phase 1 has 13 studio flats for young people aged 18 - 35.
Phase 2 has added 10 studio flats for young people ready for more independent living,.
- St Christopher's (Hanwell)>
10 studio flats for young
single homeless people
10 studio flats for young care leavers
10 one bed flats for teenage mothers
10 one bed flats for key
workers
- Northolt Grange>
10 mother and baby units
- Roxeth Gate>
42 flats, 28 studio flats and 14 one bed flats
If you need housing provision you must contact your Local Housing
Authority. We are only able to provide housing accommodation to
people who have been referred by their Local Housing Authority.
