Below you'll find a list of all the new housing developments currently being run by West London YMCA. These are regularly updated as new projects come on line. Follow the links below to review details of individual developments:
St Andrew's Uxbridge - Phase Two (LB Hillingdon)
The site that saw a 13 bedroom direct access hostel opened in April 2003 is to have an additional wing built with 10 self-contained studio flats. These will provide low level support to a further 10 young single people as they transition towards fully independent living. We are looking to expand our communal facilities to include a:
- residents lounge
- IT suite
- laundry room
- interview room
and to re-locate the office and staff in a new reception area. The building works began in Autumn 2005 and will be completed in the Summer of 2006. We are most grateful for our partnerships with the:

Perivale, St Nicholas (LB Ealing)
We are in partnership with St Nicholas Church, Perivale, and are seeking to develop new work in Perivale. Our primary objective is to develop a supported housing project for young people who have already have some independent living skills but require some floating support in order to give some on going access to support. We hope that the purchase of the land through this development will give the church an opportunity to develop their building to include facilities for the community as well new worship space.
This project is in the very early stages of development.

Roxeth Gate
We will be opening a new housing and community scheme in Harrow later this year. The scheme is a partnership with Christ Church Roxeth and has come about thanks to help from Harrow Council.
We will be aiming to use the site to provide high quality supported housing for local young people, along with a variety of other community activities. We are hoping that our first residents will move in during April this year.
An exciting variety of Children's Activity Classes are planned to start later in 2006 and will cater for children aged from 6 months onwards.
