Greenford (LB Ealing)
We are currently working to redevelop our 13 bed housing project in Greenford. Working with Look Ahead Housing and Care, it is hoped that the new 14 bed supported housing project will be completed in early 2009. Residents of the new scheme will enjoy 46 sqm one-bedroom flats with their own kitchen and bathroom. The building is designed to be very environmentally friendly, which will also mean low energy bills for residents.
Perivale, St Nicholas (LB Ealing)
We are in partnership with St Nicholas Church, Perivale, and are seeking to develop new work in Perivale. Our primary objective is to develop a supported housing project for young people who have already have some independent living skills but require some floating support in order to give some on going access to support. We hope that the purchase of the land through this development will give the church an opportunity to develop their building to include facilities for the community as well as new worship space.
This project is in the very early stages of development.
