  A provisional booking will be held for two weeks upon which confirmation and deposit will be required.

  For all functions & room bookings a deposit of 10% of provisional numbers. This is non refundable.

  Two weeks prior to the function/event the following is required from the organiser:
  • Minimum numbers need to be confirmed.
    You will be invoiced to pay for the minimum number stated at this point even if your final numbers are below this. You can increase your numbers, however this will need to be confirmed with West London YMCA & you will be invoiced for the extra people.
  • Complete room hire charges, these are none refundable
  • Confirmation of the package required, cash bar & choice of menu type & courses if applicable.

function/event

 
For a weekday, whole day event the facilities will be available from: 9.00am to 5.00pm.

For a half day booking morning: 9.00am to 1.00pm & afternoon 1.00pm to 5.00pm
These times must include setting up & clearing away by the events organisers.

For weekend bookings the facilities will be available from 10.00am to 11.30pm. These times must include setting up and clearing away, no noise or music will allowed after 11.00pm.

West London YMCA operates a no smoking policy in all buildings, however to smoke outside the front of the building please ask reception for advice.

Limited parking is available on site; roads in the immediate facility are parking permits and parking meters only. Free street parking is available within walking distance please ask the catering department for advise. Click here for directions>

You will be invoiced for the full cost of the event immediately following the event and will have 21 days to settle your account before interest is added.
